Most recently served as Deputy Director of the Tekuma Administration, leading the rehabilitation of the Gaza Envelope. He holds an M.A. with highest distinction from the University of Haifa and is an honors graduate of the National Security College.

Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics with over 40 years in materials science and mechanical engineering. Led materials engineering laboratories in the Israeli Air Force, drove business development at Motorola, and managed large-scale EU-funded research projects. Today, advises SMEs on bridging deep technology with real-world commercialization.

Mechanical Engineer with an M.A. in Industrial Design and over 30 years in R&D leadership. Led the development of advanced mechanical systems for national-level defense programs — managing the full process from concept through design, prototyping, and deployment.

Mechanical Engineer with over 35 years in R&D and technology leadership. Led the operational R&D of advanced mechanical systems, including large-scale marine platforms, and drove the rollout of innovative technologies within national-level programs.
